About Leadership Communicator

Mission: Helping leaders communicate with clarity, credibility, authenticity, and confidence.

Vision: Develop leaders who are recognized not simply for what they accomplish, but for how effectively they communicate.

Great leaders are remembered because of how they communicate.

Most communications consultants focus on the organization, not the leader. This is leadership communication for high-trust organizations, such as school districts, churches, healthcare, local government, nonprofits, universities, community organizations, and other customer service companies. Those organizations have one thing in common: they survive on trust. Trust is earned through communication.

Unfortunately, CEOs, executive directors, superintendents, pastors, nonprofit leaders, government officials, startup founders, and business owners often receive media training only before a crisis or major interview. Very few receive ongoing coaching on how to become trusted, authentic communicators every day.

The Leadership Communicator is not another PR consultant – I am a leadership communications advisor leaders call before they communicate. Instead of competing with PR agencies, leadership coaches, media trainers, and marketing consultants, I am the person who helps leaders communicate when the stakes are highest.

Communication is the tool, but leadership is the outcome. I’m building leaders people believe.

The Leadership Communicator

I have spent several decades leading communication strategy, consulting and training leaders, navigating high-visibility crisis communications, managing media relations with local and national outlets, and engaging communities.

My goal is simple: help good leaders become better communicators – because leadership becomes more effective when people understand it, trust it and believe in it.
